Hi, my name is Ken.
I’ve been a wedding photographer/videographer since 2008.
After working for several wedding studios all over Long Island, I started my own business in 2017 so that I can better connect with my couples.
Got 2 minutes? Hear what KP Media is all about.

Received this fantastic email from the father of the bride.
Lost story short, now I’m ferklempt at all the kindness!
Just a trip down memory lane getting to see Carly and Travis!
Wait, how many years ago was 2019? Seriously? And they have multiple kids? Are you kidding me?
Thank you to Julia and Brendan for asking my team to capture your wedding day! It was such a pleasure to work with all the Bertolinos again. Lots of ridiculous photos coming soon!
Catching up with some old friends at Chelsea and Glenn’s wedding — we captured Sabrina and Cory’s wedding 4 years ago? 5 years ago? How is that possible? And they have a son? Are you kidding me?
Feeling so thankful that we got to work with their family again. The greatest compliment anyone can send us a referral to do it all over!
We had two weddings this weekend, both referrals from families we had previously worked with. Both days felt like a reunion with old friends.
I’m so excited to share all of the selfies once I get myself organized — but first I wanted to share this screencap from my weather app as I left the house Saturday morning to start my weekend.
It might sound silly but I can’t even describe how lucky I feel to get to leave my house in 7 degree weather just because I was trusted to capture a wedding. Weather changes but my gratitude to our couples is constant, no matter the temperature.
The second photo is a proud nerd moment I had — just taking a video camera battery to power my heated vest so it would last for the whole day. Because that’s how I roll.
Thank you so so so much to Chelsea & Glenn, thank you so so so much to Julia & Brendan!
What a fantastic weekend!
HEY EVERYONE!
We “did” it!
We “won” this “highly coveted” “award” from this “highly respected” website!
This is an “honor”!
In all honesty, receiving this generic jpeg to post on social media is actually the result of our couples writing us amazing reviews and sharing the news about our small business. I am so thankful to everyone who has hired us and then told the world about how awesome we are.
I can’t wait to “earn” this “trophy” next year as well! “Thank you” to theknot.com, a website that I am “thankful” for because they are “honest” and “fair” and they’ve never been accused of unfair practices that rip off the very wedding vendors who they claim to serve.
TheKnot, WeddingWire, and WeddingPro are all “legitimate” businesses and they’ve always “stuck with me” throughout the years. They’re true “friends.”
Taking a break from weddings for one night — to capture some promo material for our favorite wedding band, Code Bleu!
This was SO MUCH fun! We love getting to work with our friends at @codebleuband and can’t wait to share more!
To everyone I met at yesterday’s wedding expo at the Huntington Hilton: hello there!
My name is Ken and my business is called KP Media. We are a Long Island based wedding studio that specializes in photography, videography, and we also have a kickass brand new open air photo booth! This will be my 18th wedding season working this field and I’d be honored to capture your wedding.
Today I’ll be going through my inbox to respond to everyone personally — but if you want to find out more in the meantime, check out www.KPmediaNY.com…or…you know…just stalk our Instagram right here.

We give all our couples the option of adding in a video edit up until the date of their first anniversary — after the mayhem and expenses of the wedding settle down.
Just ask Kelly and Vin how much better this timing was!

Wishing we were out on the beach with Rebecca and Gino!
Felicia and Justin sent me this fantastic Thank You card — I truly love getting these in my mailbox from our couples!

A few preview clips from Courtney and Mike’s wedding video!
