  • No logos, no watermarks, just the photos as you’d expect! Each gallery has chapter stops so you can quickly navigate to any spot of the day. Galleries are password protected and shareable (feel free to share the link and password with anyone). Full resolution photos are available for download.

    Here are some examples:

    A wedding with one photographer

Church ceremony with a venue reception wedding (Two photographers)

Ceremony and reception at the venue with a first look (Two photographers)

Ceremony and reception at the venue without a first look (Two photographers)

A rainy day wedding (Two photographers)

  • We don’t have any particular number in mind when we’re at a wedding. Weddings can vary based on each couple’s personality and we adjust our plans accordingly. A wedding with 2 photographers will produce more than a wedding with 1 photographer. A wedding with a lively dance floor will produce more photos. It’s not uncommon for us to produce more than 2000 photos per wedding, maybe more than 2500 if there’s a lot to visually capture.

  • Yes! Everything that you’d expect from a professional photographer will look perfect: color matching, exposure, framing, and focus. Heavy editing (removing sweat, food stains, distracting background objects, etc) is available upon request for a seperate fee.

  • First off, let’s clear something up: our second photographers are NOT just an assistant. They don’t just carry bags or set up lights. All of our second photographers are actual photographers who have a camera in their hands all day long.

When we’re hired to work as a team of two photographers, we go out of our way to work in opposites: If one photographer is capturing a wide scenic shot, the other photographer is capturing a zoomed in shot/if one photographer is shooting a horizontal, the other is going vertical. The idea is that we’re making totally different looking images to get the most visuals out of the moment.

For couples getting ready at separate locations: hiring a second photographer ensures that we can capture both prep sites.

During the ceremony: having two photographers means there’s less movement. One photographer would have to move around a lot more to cover all the angles.

During the reception: keeping one photographer on the dance floor and one photographer floating around the room ensures that we capture all your guests, not just the ones dancing.

  • Wedding photography is all about setting expectations — give us time to produce amazing photos for you and we’ll do an amazing job. That’s why we go out of our way to create a wedding day timeline to make sure that there’s a solid plan in place. We even set the times for other vendors like hair and makeup to ensure that everything stays on schedule.

  • Yes, we get amazing photos during engagement shoots — but, believe it or not, that’s not why we offer them!

Engagement shoots are the best way to get some experience working with each other before the wedding day.

If you aren’t the biggest fan of having your picture taken (“what do I do with my hands???”) then you’ll get the most out of the shoot.

Engagement shoots are super low pressure. My favorite part of the process — and this happens all of the time — is beginning an engagement shoot with a nervous couple and then slowly getting them more and more involved in the shoot as we get more comfortable with each other

  • If I had to put a name to our style, it’d be Modern Classic.

We capture all of the photos you’d expect: prep photos, couple photos, bridal party photos, family photos, ceremony and reception photos. There are so many classic photos that keep getting requested and so we put them in our regular routine.

All that being said: we put a modern twist on everything to keep everything looking current. We use off-camera lighting, shallow depth of field and we prompt natural facial expressions.

It’s the best of both worlds!

  • We’re all camera nerds and we love getting to use the latest and greatest technology at weddings! Full frame mirrorless cameras capture amazing detail, lenses with crazy amount of built-in stabilization, lights that can battle afternoon sunshine, and wireless communication between devices — this stuff is like science fiction.

Technology can bail us out of tough lighting conditions but it doesn’t make us into great photographers. We still employ the same techniques that we’ve used hundreds of times in the past because they work.

The combination of technology and technique is what makes us professionals.

  • I have been working professionally as a wedding photographer/videographer since 2009. I’ve captured tens of millions weddings since then. (Okay, maybe I’ve lost count.)
